Scott
W. Johnson
Scott
Johnson is a leader in the energy industry with over 20 years
of specific industry experience. Most recently, Mr. Johnson
held a corporate directorship position at Power Industry Consultants,
a power industry consulting firm with global operations, where
he was responsible for the operation of several corporate business
units. Previously, Mr. Johnson was responsible for the management
of several domestic and international EPC projects, as well
as managing the start-up and testing department of an internationally
known EPC contractor. During his tenure as EPC project manager,
he was tasked with performing the most challenging projects
and was on several occasions picked by top executives to replace
or reinforce the management team on projects that had suffered
setbacks – in each case achieving schedule and financial
recovery while avoiding unnecessary technical and commercial
risks. Mr. Johnson’s education and experience with roles
of increasing responsibility from Procedure Writer/Trainer,
through Startup Engineer, Startup Manager, Corporate Startup
Manager, EPC Project Manager and Corporate Director qualify
him as a world class guardian an owner’s interests throughout
the performance of design and build projects.
Perry
R. Novak
Perry
Novak is recognized as a leader in the Energy Services Industry
having previously been President of Power Industry Consultants,
PIC. While at PIC, Mr. Novak created and expanded the Technical
Services business unit while leading this multimillion dollar
company’s overall sales and execution efforts through
turbulent times in the energy industry. Previously, Mr. Novak
was responsible for the world-wide startup and commissioning
of all Enron projects where he managed hundreds of personnel
and numerous project commissioning efforts varying from small
to very large. He successfully organized and upgraded Enron’s
worldwide facility commissioning program. Mr. Novak also successfully
completed many years in the field with Nepco as Project Manager,
Startup Manager and Startup Engineer. Mr. Novak attended Golden
Gate University following his tour in the US Air Force. Mr.
Novak’s education and experience with roles of increasing
responsibility from Air Force Technician, Startup Engineer,
Project Manager, and Corporate Manager to Corporate Executive
qualify him as a world class leader in the energy industry.
John
C. Picard
John Picard is
a leader in the energy industry in recruitment, placement,
execution and project management and has held positions of Project
Manager, Staffing Manager, Senior Mechanical Startup Engineer and Lead
Operator at energy facilities and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Picard has progressed his career from field assignments
where he utilized his education, practical and hands on experience to
commercially commission and operate industrial and energy
facilities and move into corporate management positions. He has demonstrated
his ability to recruit and place the top industry professionals
in leading positions within companies or field assignments, while also
managing profit and loss responsibilities. Mr. Picard holds a BS degree
in Mechanical Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, a United
States Coast Guard Third Assistant Engineers License, a State
of Maine and State of New Jersey Third Engineers Boilers
License. His formal education and technical real world
management experience of the industrial and energy industries
makes him a leader in the engineering field.
