- STEAM BLOW - Low pressure steam at near sonic velocities is used to remove mill scale and debris at low noise levels that allow for 24 hour operation.
- LUBE OIL FLUSH - Turbulent and high velocity flows using BICS one micron filtration unit are used to remove debris and foreign matter from lubricating systems.
- FUEL OIL FLUSH - BICS uses Hydro-lazing, Water Flushing and Air Blowing in addition to high velocity fuel oil flushing to clean all above and underground piping from the tank to the burner meeting the manufacturer's recommendations.
- CHEMICAL CLEANING - BICS performs degrease, mill scale removal and passivation all in one procedure saving time and reducing waste.
- HYDRO-LAZING - High pressure water jet cleaning at pressures up to 20,000 psi are used to remove mill scale and debris prior to flushing and/or blowing saving time and money.
- WATER FLUSHING - A water slug is projected through piping at a high velocity to remove debris and mill scale. This is an excellent option to pigging and uses much less water than normal flushing.
- HYDROSTATIC TESTING - Using this service with cleaning and flushing will save time and money.
